Comfortable forearm self-massage – flexible seated use
Armwunder Praxis Light is designed for practices, gyms and sports clubs that want to offer a flexible option for forearm massage. Use it comfortably while seated, then store it on the wall hook supplied. This version does not include a fixed, height-adjustable wall system.
Guide your forearm between two opposing massage elements. You control the pressure, speed and position. Spring-assisted pressure means you do not have to keep applying the massage pressure with your free hand.

How to use Praxis Light
- Read the operating instructions before first use. Start with a low pressure setting and hold the frame during use.
- Guide your forearm between the chosen massage elements. Move slowly and do not massage directly over the elbow joint.
- Adjust the pressure using the two knurled nuts to suit your comfort. Control the speed and position by moving your arm.

Delivery and shipping
Delivery time: approx. 2–3 weeks. We currently accept orders for delivery to Germany and Switzerland. Shipping to other EU countries is suspended until further notice. See our shipping information for further details.
For delivery to Switzerland, prices at checkout exclude German VAT. Customs duties and import VAT are collected on delivery.
Product safety and instructions for use
Intended use: Armwunder Praxis Light is a manual massage device for self-directed forearm muscle massage. It is not offered as a medical device and does not replace medical examination or treatment.
- Start with low pressure. Do not massage directly over the elbow joint or apply intensive massage to a single point for longer than approximately 30 seconds.
- Remove watches and jewellery first. Keep fingers away from springs and moving parts – risk of trapping fingers.
- If you have an injury, unexplained symptoms, lymphoedema, thrombosis or circulatory disorders, or take blood-thinning medication, use only after consulting a doctor or qualified therapist.
- If you have known material allergies, check suitability before use. Do not use the device if you react to its materials.
- Thin clothing can reduce direct skin contact. Stop using the device if pain or skin irritation occurs.
- Not intended for children. Keep the device and, if fitted, the security cable out of their reach.
- Check that the wall hook is secure before use. If the optional anti-theft cable is fitted, also check its attachments. The cable is an anti-theft device, not a carrying or support aid.
- Do not continue using the device if it is damaged or has loose parts. Follow the operating instructions.
