A fixed massage station – adjustable to the right height
Armwunder Praxis 2 is the wall-mounted version for practices, gyms, sports clubs and private training rooms. The frame can be moved up or down the wall rail so that different people can use the same massage station. When not in use, the device folds through 180° towards the wall.
Guide your forearm between two opposing massage elements and control the pressure, speed and position yourself. Springs assist the massage pressure. Three fitted elements provide two massage spaces that you can switch between without rearranging the elements.

How to use Praxis 2
- Install the wall system according to the installation instructions. To adjust the height, hold the frame, press “PUSH” and slide it up or down. Release the button and check that the locking mechanism has engaged.
- Set a low pressure before first use by turning both knurled nuts upwards. Turn them downwards to increase the pressure.
- Support the frame with one hand and guide your forearm between the chosen elements. Control your own speed and position. Do not lean your body weight on the frame.

Installation accessories

A T20 bit is required for the screws. Fixings must be suitable for the wall material; lightweight or hollow walls require appropriate fixings. Read the installation and operating instructions before installation and use.

Delivery time: approx. 2–3 weeks. We currently accept orders for delivery to Germany and Switzerland. Shipping to other EU countries is suspended until further notice. See our shipping information for further details.
For delivery to Switzerland, prices at checkout exclude German VAT. Customs duties and import VAT are collected on delivery.
Product safety and instructions for use
Intended use: Armwunder Praxis 2 is a manual device for self-directed forearm muscle massage on a fixed wall system. It is not offered as a medical device and does not replace medical examination or treatment.
- The wall rail must be securely fixed in accordance with the installation instructions. Check the fixings, guides, end caps and locking mechanism before use. If unsure, have the system installed by a competent person.
- Hold the frame while adjusting the height. Only use the device once the height locking mechanism has engaged.
- Do not lean your body weight on the frame. Keep fingers away from moving parts when adjusting or folding the device – risk of trapping fingers.
- Start with low pressure. Do not massage directly over the elbow joint or apply intensive massage to a single point for longer than approximately 30 seconds.
- Remove watches and jewellery first. Keep fingers away from springs and moving parts.
- If you have an injury, unexplained symptoms, lymphoedema, thrombosis or circulatory disorders, or take blood-thinning medication, use only after consulting a doctor or qualified therapist.
- If you have known material allergies, check suitability before use. Do not use the device if you react to its materials.
- Thin clothing can reduce direct skin contact. Stop using the device if pain or skin irritation occurs.
- Not intended for children. Do not continue using the device if it is damaged, has loose parts, or the locking mechanism does not engage reliably.
