The closed beechwood frame holds the massage elements opposite each other. Guide the area of your arm you want to massage between them and stay in control of pressure, pace and position.
Adjust the pressure
Use the two stainless-steel knurled nuts to set the pressure and start gently.

Product safety and instructions for use
- Start with low pressure and do not massage directly over the elbow joint.
- Remove watches and jewellery before use; keep fingers away from moving parts.
- Do not massage one point intensely for longer than about 30 seconds.
- Wear thin clothing if skin irritation occurs. The product is not intended for children.
- In case of injury, unclear symptoms, pre-existing conditions such as lymphoedema, thrombosis or circulatory disorders, or when taking blood thinners, seek medical or therapeutic advice before use.
